I felt the need to add a positive comment on the school as a whole. To begin, the staff are beyond excellent and are always willing to help. The receptionists are great too.I have often found the need to phone the school for one reason or another and am always met with a happy and helpful responce no matter what. I am always confident when I leave the playground and say goodbye each day to my daughter, that she will and is well cared for by the staff and her educational needs are always met. The other parents are great to and very kind. This IS the best school around the district as I know so many feel the same. Keep up the great work everyone you ARE appreciated.

I attended Trimley and left in 1991, my form tutor was Mrs Hamilton. The school has changed so much, yet I remember so much about it. I'm glad to see there is a cool site for the school.
| James Benham | 08 June 2007 00:00:00 |
My god the school has changed a bit since I was there. I'm in year 12 now at Deben. Really miss Trimley and the funky teachers like Miss Toal, Mr Girling and Mrs Hamilton...can't remember any other names...
| Karen Castle(nee Benardout) | 15 April 2007 00:00:00 |
Hello, my name is Karen and I have fond memories of my time at Trimley St Mary. Especially with my mates, Linda Gorham, Mandy Tatum, Lesley Woods, Susan Cox to name a few. It was back in 1963 when, Mrs Thomas, Miss Prew, Mr Lines and what about Mr (Bunny) Orford? I live in Western Australia and am married with 2 kids (21yr boy & 16 yr girl). Great to see the school is still open (bet it's changed heaps!) One day, I hope to retrace my steps and come back for a visit.

| paul calver | 19 October 2004 00:00:00 |
Attended from 1954-58 in the days of Mrs Thomas, head, Mr Lines, Miss Williams and Miss Martin. Less than ninety pupils in those days....outside toilets and apple trees in 'the rockies'...(probably built over now). Have a photo of myself in the school 1956 football team if anyone interested..... a motley crew all in different gear. This was before the days of the green and white quartered shirts which came in just as I was leaving....Colin Byam,Peter Hales,John Mayhew,Klaus Larsen, Niels Larsen, Graham Smart,Tony Rodwell,Chris MacIntyre,Peter Maskell,PC, Colin Burrows.....we were all young once! Good Luck Trimley St Mary CP (as it was known then) Glad you are thriving
